About

We are I Love Praag / I Love Krakow, a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator offering walking experiences that treat each city as an open-air museum. We run tours in Prague, Krakow, Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava, driven by our love for these European capitals. Organized as a club of the most experienced local guides, many team members bring over ten years of guiding experience and backgrounds with the largest tour operators in their cities. After feeling out of place at those firms, they joined I Love Praag to pursue a fresh, more personal challenge for visitors in Prague, Krakow and Bratislava.

We operate in Prague (the Czech capital), Krakow (the Polish city), Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava (the Slovakian capital). Tours and guides are available in those locations.

Who leads the tours?

Our tours are run by a club of the most experienced guides in their cities. Many guides have more than 10 years of experience and have worked for the largest local tour operators.

Why was I Love Praag started?

We started I Love Praag because we love these European capitals and wanted to offer a different kind of tour. Our guides left larger companies after feeling out of place and found a new challenge with us.

What nationalities are on your team?

We are a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator, reflecting the backgrounds of our team members. That mix informs our approach to guiding in the cities we serve.

De gids Alaa deed een aantal stops aan die we anders niet hadden tegengekomen. Zijn uitleg was kort. Door er zelf naar te vragen wisten we dat hij niet afkomstig was van Praag maar er wel woont. Er was weinig interactie met de groep. Voor de toer start even elkaar voorstellen is altijd leuk zodat je dan weet waar iedereen vandaan komt

We hebben einde van de middag met huig een tour gedaan. Hij heeft alles goed verteld en veel achtergrond informatie gegeven. We zijn bij veel bezienswaardigheden geweest (bijv. De Charles brug, de kerstmarktjes, universiteit, de klok, de markt van de beste typische koekjes en nog meer). We konden alles vragen en hij had overal antwoord op. Echt een aanrader!

Onze gids Julka was zeer goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis van Praag, werd ook met veel enthousiasme overgebracht. We waren een kleine groep dus alles verliep zeer vlot! Een aanrader!
